Retention Schedule
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Customer Data: Retained for 6 years after the end of the customer relationship to comply with tax and business records requirements.
Employee/Contractor Data: Retained for 6 years after the end of employment or contract to meet legal obligations.
Supplier Data: Retained for 6 years after the conclusion of the relationship.
After these periods, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless required by law to retain it for a longer period.
